Norfolk Premium Outlets (Norfolk, VA)
A vast 53-acre outdoor mall that required an improbable acceleration of PDC's schedule to finish by the well-advertised grand opening date. PDC installed 110,000 SF (or 2.5 acres) of highly-detailed hardscapes in just (88) working days within a duration of just (95) total calendar days. The effort, organization and dedication of PDC's crews on this project is still talked about in amazement by all involved.

Wake County Justice Center (Raleigh, NC)
A 500,000+ square feet, (11) story courthouse featuring thousand of cubic yards of exotic granite materials from around the world. PDC's scope was the complete hardscape and landscape packages.

Miller Street Sidewalk & Intersection Improvements (Winston-Salem, NC)
Improvements at one of the busiest stretches of roads and complicated intersections in Winston-Salem

Greenville Drive Fluor Field (Greenville, SC)
Ballpark Digest's 2017 Best Ballpark Renovation (MiLB) features concourses in the timeless combo of bluestone and brick, giant baseball bollards and a statue of Greenville's own Shoeless Joe Jackson. The schedule for finished hardscapes was extremely tight to meet opening day. After weeks of two large crews working very hard, the concourses were completed and looked like they had been there forever.

Gateway Gardens (Greensboro, NC)
An (11) acre park that is a botanical and hardscape wonderland rivaling major metropolitan parks. The Joseph M. Bryan plaza is a highlight with full-color bluestone, lilac bluestone, Tennessee stone, pink granite, precast concrete, and engraved stones all weaved into a checkerboard pattern. Building stone walls are throughout including on the alphabet bridge wall. Permeable pavers in the parking spaces reduce water runoff.

A busy thoroughfare and intersection at Holden Road and Gate City Blvd that badly needed accessibility improvements for sidewalks and intersection crossings

The site features one of North America's largest clay permeable paver projects. Granite cladding and paving makeup the entrances of this massive, first-class 110,000 square foot facility for Wake Forest University School of Business

UNC Chapel Hill - The Pit Area Sidewalks (Chapel Hill, NC)
A project that was extremely complicated not necessarily for it's design, but because it was completely remaking one of the busiest pedestrian areas in NC. Work took place over (3) years in phases and with limited access for equipment needed to bring in 3,000+ tons of materials. Heavy duty pavers over a vehicular base serve as a fire lane and permeable pavers with open aggregate base are installed over deep soil cells built around the trees. The Pit floor itself was left mostly untouched to protect the two large Overcup Oak trees.

High Point University Student Success Center at Cottrell Hall (High Point, NC)
A unique and eye-catching hardscape that stands out at even among the magnificently beautiful and world-class HPU campus. The center granite fountain with it's mirrored sphere anchors the entrance that is a showroom of hardscape elements. On the other side of the building, a pedestrian bridge connects Cottrell to the outdoor amphitheater.
